All units are tested, inspected, and detailed. Brand new rubber water hoses, dryer power cords/gas lines and vent hoses are included with Professional Installation by Frontline. Warranty is standard with all of our products and covers parts and labor relative to unit functionality: does not cover any cosmetic damage. Warranty claims for customer-installed units are subject to a one-time $150 prepaid service fee; once paid, future warranty claims will not incur this fee. This fee does not apply if the unit was installed by us. Delivery, installation, and haul away services are available. Travel fees apply to all services and delivers located 20 miles or more from our place of business starting at $29. All service fees are non-refundable (delivery, install, relocation/removal of existing unit(s), and travel fees). In addition, returns are accepted within a fourteen (14) day period with the inclusion of a 25% restocking fee per unit.
