Same-day service is sometimes possible depending on technician availability, and a same-day service fee applies. Premium service plan members typically receive service within 24 hours of calling — which often means same-day. Call us to check current availability.

What is the diagnostic fee?

Our diagnostic fee is $150. This covers a thorough inspection and diagnosis of your appliance. If you proceed with the repair, the $150 is applied toward the total cost of the repair.

We use flat-rate pricing — you pay by the job, not by the hour. This means no surprises and no incentive for us to take longer than necessary.

Yes. We offer discounts for active duty military, veterans, and their families, as well as first responders (police, fire, EMS). Just mention it when booking or ask your technician.

What warranty do you offer on repairs?

All repairs are covered by a full 1-year parts and labor warranty. If the same issue returns within 12 months, we come back and fix it at no charge.

Our technicians carry a wide inventory of common parts. Many repairs can be completed on the first visit. For less common parts, we typically order and return within 1–3 business days.

Is it worth repairing or should I replace?

Our technicians will give you an honest assessment. As a general rule, if the repair cost is less than 50% of the replacement cost and the appliance is less than 10 years old, repair is usually the better value. We'll never push you toward an unnecessary repair.

Can I pick up a purchased appliance?

Yes. Pickup is available from our Tucson location. Delivery can also be arranged for an additional fee. Contact us after purchase to schedule.

Do you accept trade-ins or buy used appliances?

No — we do not accept trade-ins or purchase used appliances. Frontline Appliances is a repair and retail sales company only. If you need to dispose of an old unit, we offer a haul-away service when we deliver your new appliance.

No — we do not sell individual parts. Our technicians source and install parts as part of a repair service. If you need a part for a DIY repair, we recommend contacting the manufacturer or a parts supplier directly.
